We organized a zoom meeting attended by our engineers and customers to help our South African customers solve their problems during the commissioning of gypsum ceiling board production line. The customer showed us the operation of the machine via video and our engineers analyzed and help the customer solve the problems one by one.
By this way, we guided this customer solve problems such as wrinkled aluminium foil, uneven PVC lamination and slow production speed successfully, saving the cost of engineer dispatching like tickets ,visa, salary.
This is just one of the many projects we worked on. Our professional engineer team and after-sales team are ready to help customers with any problems they may encounter in the future.
