Main Equipment Introduction

Dosing System
Consisting of water metering device, powder metering device, compressed air systems and chassis and other components.

Mixer
1）High-speed mixing, uniform, increase gypsum strength.
2）Mix it into a sticky shape and do not burn the motor.The use of hydraulic mixing, complete sets of equipment installed power of about 24.5KW to save electricity.

Forming Machine
The forming machine is designed based on the form-work erection jacking theory,includes: hydraulic forming scraper , bottom die with sealing device, as well as rack, base, beam, column, the main oil cylinder, ejection head, signal generator and other components.

Pneumatic Flexible Fixture
Install fixturing trolley with wheels on two rails. The trolley can move at high or low speed, advance and retreat, and has the functions of brake positioning.

Production Line Automatic Control System
The system uses programmable logic controller (PLC), and is composed of a button box, an electric control cabinet and other devices near the operators.
